    I've been Money Tipped!
    Good afternoon all,

WI ws last night, stayed the same!!, It was a funny week but I felt towards the end of the week I was being alot better, have to confess I came home and ate the choc trifle from the fridge that had been calling out my name (DH did not want it for his lunch, men really are not on this planet!) and then today my mood has not improved and to top if off when tidying out the kitchen cupboard I found a lonely mars bar, and I am sure you can guess what happened next!! So while feeling very negative I knew I had to switch the computer on and pay you all a vist to get my head out of the deep dark place of sinning and back into the hub of postive thinking.

Thanks all, you really are such a nice group of people x x

Fair enough - I'll try to remember. I never used to use it anyway - it wasn't worth it! :rotfl:

I've just bought two bottles of fruit & barley in Somerfield for £1.24 - BOGOF. Can't wait to try the strawberry & kiwi! (Does the strawberry make it a speed food??? )

Thanks Catt, yeah I dont really drink much usually, I just dont tend to get thirsty. Will pop to shop tommorrow to get fruit and veg, I find that once I have had a couple of nice weight losses it is much easier to keep going.

Thats very true Choccie. You might not feel thirsty because sometimes your body tells you its hungry instead when you're really not. Have a glass before emals (and one after if you can) so that way you get fuller quicker too.
