some things have changed, like the rice for a heb on a red day, can't have free macaroni cheese anymore on a green day. a lot of it is the same, and if you have any queries, we will try and help,
good luck

Right - got to get my head in gear -
Brekkie - toast (HEB - 2 white nimble slices) with extra light Flora 1syn (2tsps)
Snack - Babybel (HEA), Lasting Satis, apple, SF squash, tea (milk HEA)
Lunch - mugshot, alpen bar (0.5 HEB)
Dinner - ARGH! Got a Discovery Fajita Dinner kit, which I will make with Quorn - but this could be dangerous! At least there's no cheese involved like Enchiladas!0 -
Superspeed Foods. I used to have a huge list - I will check when I get home. I remember most fruit e.g. Strawberries, Melon (some are Super Super Speed!), Quorn, Mushy Peas which is strange as it is peas bashed up and I thought they would be a syn like if you mashed a banana but they aren't.
Peachyest might have a list somewhere.
 To stop my hand bag being full of books I would make myself a list of food on cards so they fit in my handbag and when I was at the fruit and veg shop I would pull it out and flick through. A bit like prompt cards when accepting an oscar. :lovethougI am going to do that again.
I have over 3 stone to lose and I am 5ft 2ish, size 14-16-18 (depending where I shop). Biggest I have ever been in my life and the biggest I am going to get.
Since joining I have stayed the same but lost in inches, lost 1 1/2lb, stayed the same but lost in inches, lost 1/2lb, lost 1lb, stayed the same but lost in inches.Everyone is different so if you are just starting don't beat yourself up if you stay the same or lose what YOU consider to be nothing.
We all have a pattern and if you get stuck, save your syns, sink a pint or two  and then get back on track as that always works for me... might not be good ethics but it works, it's like an enima! (Drinking loads of water works too.)
If you don't use your syns, you are not helping... cos the minute you decide to use some you will gain as your system is not used to it. :EasterBun
A loss is a loss, whether it be inches, lbs or oz... the only thing not to lose is your self confidence and you shouldn't be afraid of a gain, as we are all here to gain self confidence!:smileyheaStarting weight: 13st 6lb 8 oz
Current Weight: 13st 4st 2oz :j
Weight loss to date: 2lb 6oz :T0 -
Good afternoon all,
WI ws last night, stayed the same!!, It was a funny week but I felt towards the end of the week I was being alot better, have to confess I came home and ate the choc trifle from the fridge that had been calling out my name (DH did not want it for his lunch, men really are not on this planet!) and then today my mood has not improved and to top if off when tidying out the kitchen cupboard I found a lonely mars bar, and I am sure you can guess what happened next!! So while feeling very negative I knew I had to switch the computer on and pay you all a vist to get my head out of the deep dark place of sinning and back into the hub of postive thinking.
Thanks all, you really are such a nice group of people x x
come on choccie, you can do it and you know you can, take it one day at a time and get through each day as a one off rather than looking at it as a week of being good.
there are times when we all go off the rails, but its the getting back to it that counts, and i know you can do it,
so come on choccie, get your books out, back to the start and lets get it sorted.
fab recipe that fills me up and has speed foods in is the following
spinach & tomato canelloni
fry off 2 chopped onions, 4 peppers, and a clove of garlic, when soft add 2 cartons of passata
boil a pan of hot water wilt spinach, drain and mix with about half of the onion peper tomato and stuff canelloni tubes with the mixture
put tubes in a baking dish, cover with remainder of sauce, and bang in oven for about 45 mins.
extermemly filling, and fab tasting
