One question that hasn't come up on this thread but I would be interested to know: has anyone had any side effects from following the SW plan? I myself enjoy the original days and also actually feel like im losing weight on red days. However, I also feel a bit irritable and headachey (this may, of course, be a coincidence?) I must admit, I haven't done many green days to compare.0

i feel bloody aweful all the time on this diet. I need to wee constanly, have been ill for the last 3 weeks out of the 6 ive been on it, and i just generally feel drained and aweful.

This is not normal. You should be eating copious amounts of healthy, energy giving foods and a minimum of 2 litres of water a day, so there's nothing there to make you ill.
The only thing I can think of is if you've been used to having large amounts of sugary foods and/or large amounts of caffeine.........the cutting down of these foods can make you feel rough, it's withdrawal symptoms and will eventually pass.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Well even though I've had a week off plan it looks like I'll only gain 1lb tomorrow night at most (gained 1.5lb last week after 6+ weeks of being VERY good ON plan :rolleyes:)
Todays food;
Breakfast - fried egg (F) and baked beans (F)
Lunch - savoury rice (F)
Snacks - grapes (F), limbos (3syns), muller light layer (1.5syns), 2 wine gums (1.5syns), prob Hi-Fi bar later (HEb), pasta (F) with baked beans (F) and 26g cheese (HEa)
Dinner - baked bean tikka masala (F) and either pasta or rice (F) with it
Drinks - cup ot tea x 2 with (HEa) milk, diet orangeade (F) and water (F)
So HEb spare and 6 syns in total :j

hi peeps, ive been away for the last few days, in sunny barcelona, had a fab time and stayed on track too!

Good luck on thursday Iloveslimmingworld! Beachbeth, the only thing i have found is if I dont drink enough water, i have terrible headaches and cramp in my feet and legs, but once ive drunk enough i feel fine again. the only other side effect is wind and being very very regular!!!! :rolleyes:
WI tonight and lost 1.5lb! So lost 1 stone 12 now in 13 weeks, so only 2 lb to go next week for my 2 stone!! I cant wait, Im so excited!!!! :j

Hi Moosetastic. Im having the same amount of caffeine and have been using candarel for weeks (makes it sound like a drug!:o ) so Im not suffering withdrawal unless its from carbs. I must admit though that I haven't been drinking a lot of water. Even though I really like water, because its getting cold Im more likely to have a cuppa than a glass of water so I must make sure I keep my water intake up too.
I may have a green day tomorrow and compare.0 -

I weigh in tonight, I assume I will show a gain - hopefully only a small one- but after the FF week followed by birthdays, restaurant and friends house, if I show a loss then there really is no justice :rotfl:
OUr consultant is away this week, and we will have a stand in lady. Oddly I am more nervous about her reaction to my gain than the gain itself as she doesn't know me and my 'history' IYKWIM...
today is red and the plan is:
B yog and fruit
L sardines (fresh) and tomatoes on toast (B)
D roast pheasant and bacon with pumpkin (we have loads from the allotment to get through!) and loadsa veg and prob potatoes (B), but might use beans instead.
LOTS of water and tea (milk from A)0
