I thought of Kelly too earlier. Wonder how she's getting on. Might have to spy on the WW thread.

Well a week off plan (thought about choices but haven't measured or counted ANYTHING and if I wanted it I had it) and I've lost 0.5lbs! I gained 1.5lbs last week after being 100% good on plan. Just don't get it

Oh, and does anyone know of any other instant dried noodles that are free on green other than Batchelors? (i.e. cheaper??) Ta

Oh kitty Catt of little faith.....how could you?!I may have defected to WW for a while but only on the food front!I have been lurking but waiting for my new laptop charger and can't get on o/h's laptop much cos he's studying for his skipper's ticket at the mo.Also been really busy with family stuff....

Anyway I've had a truly appalling week but have managed to maintain so I'm quite relieved!Back on plan (sort off!) now and hoping for a loss next week.

Catt,I have to say,at the risk of sounding like a russian waiting for defectors:D ;):p ,that the way you've eaten this week sounds very much like WW core plan....but I'll say no more about it!

Also,re the portion thing,I really do believe we can all cut back.I often put too much food on my plate, then feel sick when I force myself to finish and end up thinking 'I wish I hadn't eaten that'.However I'm getting better at leaving a little food on the side of my plate and I can honestly say I never think to myself after 'oh I wish I HAD finished it all'.So I think we can all cut our portions a little without the risk of starvation setting in:rolleyes: ;) :rotfl:

By the way,I know my portions are too big cos when I do empty my plate, especially when eating out:o ,I usually feel a bit sick or get indigestion or my waistband feels tight and uncomfortable.Surely these are the signs we should be looking out for to recognise if we could cut back or not?

Whilst ideally we should all try to eat lots of healthy foods,I don't think we should eat anything to excess - not even lettuce!I know that even when I eat rubbish food I'm not doing too much damage to my diet simply because I have much smaller portions than everyone else.....I like to have my cake and eat it:D ,just not too much of it.

Whetjer you're eating carrot sticks or carrot cake there is no reason to eat to excess....now if only I could realise that with wine:o :p :rotfl:
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T
    :p:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
    Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone

My weigh in tonight, and I have lost another 4lbs. Which I am very pleased about. Also got my stone and a half award and was slimmer of the week.

I have now lost a stone and a half in exactly one month on Slimming World, so it's been worth every penny for me.
