  • hi ladies and gents...

well despite posting my food diary I just binged!

not making excuses or anything but I do have a 2 day hangover... so I have planned my food for tmrw and will change my w.i day til tuesday, weigh myself tmrw morning and then every tuesday there after, would this work?

I know I could just write today off but i'd like to start afresh...
  • I have been sticking to my plan but feel like I've been eating too much. Even though it's all been free foods, I feel like I can't possibly have lost weight. But I might have done, because I know that's how it's supposed to work. But I might have overdone things like eggs, bananas, cottage cheese and Mullerlights.....I seem to have often "binged" on cottage cheese, eating a whole pot at a time, even though it's the syn-free variety.

Anyway...weighing again tomorrow, will know more then.
  • If you have followed the plan dux, then you should have lost weight!

I too am weighing in today - shall report in later :)

WI today for me too. I'm not stressing (so is that a bad sign??!);)

Got a fantastic Mum-made fruit salad and natural yoghurt for brekkie!

Dux - you can't eat too much free food!

    hi all,

i am currently considering rejoining slimming world. I used it before and lost 2 1/2 stone to slim into my wedding dress. since then i have been naughty and the weight has come back on again. I need some motivation to make me do it, but i can't think of anything, does anyone have any ideas?

Motivation comes from within, and I know from experience that if you're not motivated to do something, it won't happen! Think about the reasons to lose weight - for me, I want to look better in clothes, to feel better about myself, and to avoid the health issues that being overweight can cause.

You may have other reasons, but you need to be clear about what they are, and when you are faced with choices about eating, weigh up in your mind which you want, to be slim, or to eat and drink whatever you want. It focuses the mind! :)

Not hugely, just some HE extras and some free foods (there are some new ways of doing it called Success Express and MixtoMax, but I haven't bothered with them!) Corned beef is the main one thats no longer free.
