Not always naturally - but usually its states. Which book is it? the Magazines always tell you you must use the chicken as a HEb and any syns are because of sauce etc. The plan wouldn't work if you're having too many meats on a green day.

Whoops my mistake, I thought OP was talking about a product she had bought from a supermarket etc.

To the person who said why is it 3 1/2 when plain is 7, I would imagine the syns for the 7 would be with skin on and the recipe would say take skin off??

No, 7 syns was for the 'leg' roasted with skin off not just the drumstick which is smaller. I was wrong anyway - they are 3.5syns each exc HEb!

Kelly - is the WW Core Plan the one where you have 20 or so points? Or is it different? Menu sounds good (and not unlike SW except the smoothie!)

    C xx

Yep that's the one.You can have up to 21 points plus more if you earn exercise points. You don't have to use them but obviously I do!Core plan is very like SW except you don't have to weigh anything, unless it's points of course.
    :T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T

  • OK,here's my core menu plan for today:

Breakfast - strawberries, large bowl of branflakes with skimmed milk,3 teas!
Lunch - jp with cottage cheese and/or beans, large mixed salad
Dinner - lamb rogan josh (from the new SW mag booklet!),lots of rice, maybe a chick pea side dish?plus raita of course!
    Snacks - fruit,soup,maybe a smoothie

My blommin' son robbed the 2 spuds i'd kept from last night so had leftover fish pie with fried mushrooms and a large green salad for lunch.Haven't had any snacks yet as not felt the need!
