To the person who said why is it 3 1/2 when plain is 7, I would imagine the syns for the 7 would be with skin on and the recipe would say take skin off??0 -
No, 7 syns was for the 'leg' roasted with skin off not just the drumstick which is smaller. I was wrong anyway - they are 3.5syns each exc HEb!0

Yep that's the one.You can have up to 21 points plus more if you earn exercise points.You don't have to use them but obviously I do!Core plan is very like SW except you don't have to weigh anything,unless it's points of course.:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p

hi help needed - been to tescos and got a bargain!!! only thing is can I eat it on the SW plan brand is Pick me and it is a vegalicious masala also got a rainbow curry and a nutballs with nuts (though for the life of me I cant imagine having a nutball without nuts!)
Im starving so waiting in anticipation.
