Not always naturally - but usually its states. Which book is it? the Magazines always tell you you must use the chicken as a HEb and any syns are because of sauce etc. The plan wouldn't work if you're having too many meats on a green day.0

Ah now confused again.
I was looking at the 100 comfort foods book.
So if I was having a green day, the book says for that meal its 3 1/2 syns.
Can I then have this meal as 3 1/2 syns and also a different piece of chicken (say with pasta) for lunch as a healthy extra b?

Don't know - I don't have that book - it just sounds weird to me to have two pieces of meat on a green day - it may as well be red! Is the receipe 3.5syns on a red day too?
Someone with the book may be able to confirm. I'm not saying I'm not wrong but it just doesn't make sense to me!0 -
This is an example of what SW receipes usually state;
Serves: 4
Syns per serving:
3 Syns on Original and Green* *Add 6 Syns if not using chicken as a Healthy Extra on Green0 -
no on red days they are 1/2 syn each.
So confused by this sorry0 -
I have seen that example in the mag but in the book not one recipe has that extra bit ie add x syns if not using as Healthy extra.
All the recipes have a red syn value and a green syn value and thats it.0 -

i gained 0.5lb today?!?!?!
it was star week last week (inbetween last weigh in and this weigh in) so i know it culd be that, but in 20wk ive lost 18.5lb and only had 1 gain (which was due to a miscarriage) and now this one, im not happy :mad: i dont want any gains showing in me book, lol

It’s that time of the week again, WI day…I’ve not been great with my syns this week but I’ve had 4 red days and 3 green, which is the most red I’ve had since I started!
I weighed myself on my own scales this morning which always 2 pounds lighter than my evening WI. They indicate 3lb loss so I’m hoping for something good tonight.
Red days need to be a thing of my every week plan it seems!
I’ll keep you all posted as to my true weight loss!

sorry ive been offline for the last few days, been havinging a bad mood week. lol.
my first offcial weigh in was tuesday, after an 8lb loss from a week doing it myself at home, and i lost 3lb. so 11lb lost in 2 weeks. mental.
I just hope i can get my stone next week.
