Thanks Skint-Catt. Along the address bar at the top it says slimmingworld......./nocookies so I think (hope) it's because MrCLB70 has done something technical. Unfortunately (for me), he has gone to Tenerife for a week (alright for some) and I won't be sure until he gets back! I'm a bit upset to be honest as I find it really helpful. Luckily I haven't read my Slimming World magazine yet so I will have a look at that instead!
Thanks again

Been out today cooing over my great niece (5 months). She was tucking into a very healthy green day lunch of carrot and potatoes LOL.
I've done one of my very infrequent red days of bacon sarnie (B for bread), peach for snack, and mixed grill (gave away my sausage!) with small baked potato (B) for lunch. I am still stuffed, can I skip dinner and have a couple of pieces of fruit, or will that mess things up?
I am pleased to report that my "fat day" trousers that were getting tight on me a fortnight ago are now so loose that I have to tuck my t-shirt in to give them any hope of staying put. I may get my jeans back out tomorrow, cos I bet I fit back in them again.0 -

Yes, fill up on fruit, yogurt, or anything meaty/fishyBeen out today cooing over my great niece (5 months). She was tucking into a very healthy green day lunch of carrot and potatoes LOL.

Good news! Other half has just phoned so I got him to talk me through getting rid of the cookie blocker. Glad to report it was that blocking me from the SW site. Hooray!
Thanks again to everyone who helped!

Hi everyone! I managed to shift another pound this week taking me to a 3stone 2lbs loss, I'd like to give myself a bit of a kick start and was wondering about the 'fast forward' I know someone on here used it very successfully but I'm blowed if I can remember who it was. Any info would be appreciated though!
I've done Fast Forward, and it is very effective, I lost 7lbs in a week. I have to warn you though, it's extremely restrictive - no free food! You need to get the plan from your consultant, and prepare by planning your daily menus for the week to make sure you have what you need for each meal.
If you're determined to stick to it, and focus on the great result you will have that week, it works.
Good luck!

:hello: Where is everyone this morning - still in bed? :rotfl:
Just having a brunch of pasta, beans and cheese - YUM! So far this morning made a cake to use up some black bananas (OH will take it into work) and made some pasta sauce (more to make later when I get some mushrooms)0 -
No, but I did lie in to 10am! Boy was I tired yesterday!
Just grabbed a yogurt for breakfast and went for a wander to check if the grapes growing wild that have my name on them are ripe yet, but they need another couple of weeks I think. Rosehips aren't ready yet either, so my winemaking is on hold till everything ripens some more.
Have had a baked potato and cottage cheese for lunch, and now am off out into the garden to do some tree surgery as the people across the fence have complained about our tree (shame as it's a beautiful tree, but hey ho).
Doing tandoori chicken and rice for dinner, and DH and DD can have naan with it. I'll just have a little chicken and fill up on rice and do a cucumber raita to make mine a bit more interesting.0
