  • are you not talking about sucess express?

Sucess express is where you dont have green or red days (you can stick to red or green if you prefer it) but you can have mixed days

The way it works is that at each meal you pick a red or green meal, and for the meal fill two thirds of your plate with superfree foods (foods that are free on red and green days, as listed at the start of the booklet) and the other third is the free foods of the meals color choice.

So for example, you would have two thirds salad or vegs, with one third beans and jacket potatoe. It states you mustnt pile your plate up with layers on the third that is only the free food.

Essentially its aiming to restrict your calories down to about 800 a day ish, says my consultant. I did it last week and only loat 3lb so it works ish.

insincere - no fast forward is something completely different. It isn't part of the main SW plan - as said before its only available from your consultant. It really is a strict, weigh and measure everything week to get you out of a stuck rut where whatever you do you can't lose weight. (I could have done with this three months ago but I'm over it now!)

Hmmm, I thought that might be the case but I'm sure someone on here did it and kind off hoped they could give me a brief outline first, thanks anyway!

I believe it was JasperBrownDog who did it sucessfully, losing about 7lb to get to target.

pm me your email address lo_bush, and I can email you a document you might be interested in.;)

This is so wrong. Any diet plan with less than 1000 calories a day can be dangerous if followed for too long and Success Express does not fit into that category. Please ask your Consultant to check this with SW head office.

Hi everyone! I managed to shift another pound this week taking me to a 3stone 2lbs loss, I'd like to give myself a bit of a kick start and was wondering about the 'fast forward' I know someone on here used it very successfully but I'm blowed if I can remember who it was. Any info would be appreciated though!

You do need to see your Consultant about this if you want to try it. It is very restrictive and you have to be very committed to follow it properly. Basically everything has a point value (even fruit) and you will be told how many points you can have in a day It varies from person to person).

Far better, if you want a bit of a boost, would be to have a crack at Success Express or Mix2Max for a week and up your intake of water to between 2½ and 3 litres a day.

  • I am still enjoying my green week, and I feel confident that we are losing weight nicely :D

It was great today for example, we went to a 'medieval fayre', the food on offer was the usual medieval hot dogs, medieval burgers, medieval doughnuts and medieval ice cream. Thankfully I spotted some speciality medieval jacket potatoes with baked beans and salad! Heaven only knows what I would have eaten on an original day!

Tonight I am looking forward to Kedgeree (kind of mild curried rice with smoked haddock (B) and boiled eggs)

Hope everyone else is having a good SW day :j
