Lost 1.5 lb tonight!!! woooooo hoooooo!

Given the week I have had, with the funeral and everything, I am well pleased to see my weight falling again after 6 weeks......

But I'm sure the Syns are only 'cos of the milk - if you were to use the milk as an "A" choice then surely the coffee would be free?

Or, the easy answer is have black coffee!!!!

Thanks TG, slow but at least I din't put on as I expected. I was ahead of you at one point. I think my weight has become such an issue at home that its hindered me. Still struggling but the hour a day on the Wii Fit may be having an effect

I've managed to shift 3.5 pounds of the 5 I put on, on my hols.
And I've been rather naughty so it may well catch up with me yet.
