thanks those figures 2cats1kidand|CB34. i guess i shall have to take a little less milk -p erhaps 200ml would be about right, I'll perhaps do some maths later to work out how much fat is in the allowance and then work it our for the 2.7 milk.
changed to a green day as i really fancied some hoummous for lunch. I'll have a HEB of pork tonight.0 -
Hi everyone, mind if I join you? Have done SW twice before, doing it again but from home this time.
Does anyone know where I can weigh myself, apart from in Boots? Its just that Boots is out of the way for me really.
Welcome!
I know you used to see manual weighing scales in small pharmacys but I'm not sure if they have them anymore. I'm sure they used to have one near the pharmacy bit in my local ASDA, it's definately worth a look around

WI in about 45 mins and I'm not looking forward to it.
I've loosely stuck to the plan but its been a hard week with it being the first proper week that the OH has lived with me - just still getting used to each other's routines and habits!
No alcohol this week though so it could have been worse!
Will check in tomorrow to state the damage!0 -

but does anyone know how many sins the skinny version isjoined sw on 22/10/08lost 3 stonere-joined 8/1/12need to lose 2 stones:eek:4lbs:j0 -
OK, I googled it, so it may not be accurate, but it said that a skinny latte with syrup is 13.5 syns for venti, 11 syns for grande and 8.5 syns for tall and the same without syrup is 10.5, 8 or 6 syns.0

Thanks Raapunbird and lovelyladybird, I walked to Tesco today and found they had scales near the opticians bit. It even calculates your height, oops I'm an incher smaller than I thought I was. So now I have the weight info I will weigh in every week for 50p. My scales dont actually go up that far, ooh the shame!“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Can someone check todays food diary please, I dont have the SW books at the moment so doing it from memory and reading online.
28g shreddies HEB (no ryvita in at the mo though) with skimmed milk HEA
Home made syn free broccoli soup with 1 slice wholemeal bread HEB and 1 laughing cow extra light
apple
coffee
water
Quorn 500g cottage pie, with extra frozen mixed veg
5 Quorn cumberland sausages (oops)
banana and custard muller light
Is it 2 HEA's and 2 HEB's? I think the cottage pie is 6 syns? Are the chilled cumberland sausages free or are they syns?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
thanks 2cats1kid i wil have to thick of somewhere else to meet, cos that seems a lot of syns for just a coffeejoined sw on 22/10/08lost 3 stonere-joined 8/1/12need to lose 2 stones:eek:4lbs:j0

Of course, a latte is only a milky coffee - and is predominantly milk and of course this will have been synned rather than counted as an HEA. Does an HEA account for 6 syns?
if what I suspect is true, based on the figures mentioned before, it would now be:
with syrup: venti 6.5 +HEA, grande 5+HEA, tall 2.5+HEA
without syrup:venti 4.5+HEA, grande 2+HEA, tall free+HEA
The extra syns accounting for the syrup and/or the additional milk in the larger sizes.0 -
I had weigh in last night stayed the same which was not bad after w/e of badness, but ended up having sweet and sour chicken in batter with fired rice and onion rings for dinner, then thought back on track today!
However, so far today had s/w brekkie, then white roll with banana(not too bad), then white roll with cheese and onion crisps(getting worse), then pack of doritos(really getting worse) and lastly a s/w choc/orange cereal bar, oh and forgot to mention have also had a bout 10 choch fingers and its only 4 o'clock!
What does everyone else do when they have off days like today, how do you get back on track, I find that I usually end up having quite a bad week if my treats go over into a second day. I have only lost 8 lb's in 4 months but am stcking at it. I don't know if slow weight loss is due t having PCOS if anyone else suffers and finds there weight loss slow due to PCOS please let me know.
Good luck and everyone stick at it!:o
Well I stayed the same at WI tonight, not to disappointed as my week went from bad as above to worse, but I am now ready to focus 100% again. Hope everyone else is feeling just as positive.
