Why? People cheat all the time and I put on after one gorgeous meal? So, I did the classic. Came home and cannot even remember what I put in my mouth, but it involved hob nobs, crackers and toast with butter on.... AAARRRGGGHHHHHHHHH :eek:
Words of encouragement quickly needed. I got back on track this morning, and have been 100% good- but I feel like I am going to slip again, just out of annoyance- which is stupid...

Don't give up
One bad day doesn't mean a bad week. Start eating speed food from now on. Speed food really works. I cannot stress it enough - the more you eat of speed foods the more you lose.
I have lost over 8 stone in 18 months so I know what I am talking about!!! I know how frustrating it is when you only have seem to have one little biscuit all week and you have a gain. Keep tight control of your syns, don't estimate and if something needs weighing then make sure you weigh it.
Keep your chin up. All is definately not lost. I bet you will be surprised at the next weigh in. good luck0 -

Mr T delivers my shopping every week but unfortunately, I seem to have gone mad on sweet potatoes and have them coming out of my ears!! They cant be used as a HEB on a red day and to syn them on red would be syn overload so its green green green, but can anyone offer any suggestions on how best to use them up???0

Shanley....hopefully you will have now got it out your system....you need to just start again in the morning and get back on track.....i have had a few hard weeks....only loosing half a pound in 2 weeks and i was so disappointed as i'd been so good but ive stayed on plan and lost 5lb tonight!!

They cant be used as a HEB on a red day and to syn them on red would be syn overload so its green green green, but can anyone offer any suggestions on how best to use them up???
I LOVE sweet potatoes. Maybe make a big batch of soup and freeze in portions. Put them in curries or use them as jackets, I microwave them and wrap it up and for lunch I just peel the skin off and eat it cold with salad, lovely. I'm going to try the mushy pea curry but instead of mushrooms I'm trying it with sweet potatoes. Seriously, your only limit is your imagination.:staradmin0 -

Well WW didn't go too well this week - 7lbs last week and not a jot this week !!! Been constipated and full of wind
but I'm determined to lose some next week.
Any ideas on what can make me 'go' - I know this is the SW thread but just thought I would gatecrash (promise I'll go away once I've 'been').
