    Hi Shanley, come on now.....start eating lots of free food.

    you had a blip last night, but you've now got the rest of the week to be 100% fill yourself up on fruit and veg and mullers.
    Anyway, it's probably better that you went mad last night and got it out of your system, than picking at the stuff every day.

    :grouphug: keep posting on here, I think I managed to keep Choccie away from the trifle last night, so it just shows what we can do :rotfl:

    Well i missed sw today as my car had its mot, still at least I have no clue if Ive put on or lost, Im feel quite down today and really need to focus as my goal is to fit into my monsoon dress in july for my 30th-That means I need to lose 2 dress sizes :-(

    Anyway would someone be kind enough to pm me this weeks password.
