Ooh, some great weight losses and not too bad gains!! Well done everyone.

I didn't go to weigh in tonight in the end but according to my scales I have more or less stayed the same, so still within the target range, good good.

I finally managed to get round to going to M&S tonight and getting a bra fitting! I was wearing a 36B and have lost a few inches, I am now 32D! I would recommend to everyone (female, that is!) to go out and get some nice properly fitting underwear once you've lost a bit of weight, it's such a boost to your self esteem.

I was like you but in a 38b, my bust looked so matronly and ghastly. I was blown away when I was told to wear 32E. Voila, instant transformation. It also sounds so cool - I mean lots of people are paying to get these size boobs!!!

Despite my weight loss, about one and a half stone, not a pick has gone from my boob area.

    Hello Everyone,

Well I am finally finished with my gadding about for the summer holidays - I'm definately at home for the forseeable and I really need to get back to the diet.

Haven't dared weighed myself yet as I have eaten and drunk way too much whilst at my friend's house - I look about 5 months pregnant!

So, I know that I need to buckle down and find some will power and rein myself in.

Luckily the children went back to school yesterday so I have some time on my own to concentrate and get organised (in more ways than just my food!).

    Have a nice day

I am so pleased, lost 5 1/2 lbs this time having stayed the same for 2 weeks. And I got my 2 stone award. So, more cash in the pot £ for lb. (I spent the first week's money towards a cross stitch kit to keep my fingers busy when I might be tempted to pick in the kitchen, so a good investment all round)

First of all,1/2 a lb is better than a slap with a wet fish (especially on a green day - all those syns!) but I do know how you feel.Too many green days do the same to me,as does not enough water.I would recommend some bran tablets and as much liquid as you can manage for a few days, hopefully that will help.I lose really slowly but the point is I'm still losing! There is no prize for 1st place here! Also when you do have GREEN days try having wholemeal everything,it might help move 'things' a bit quicker,IYKWIM?!:rotfl:

    WELL DONE ON LOSING WEIGHT!:j :j :j :j

Great bit of advice Kelly, I only lost 1/2 this week but it means I'm in different stone weight and another 2 1/2 pounds to go to my club 10.
I've also been been doing the body magic thingy!
I try to give myself small goals every week, so fingers crossed for next week and well done to losers, maintainers and good luck to those who've gained.:T
