Thanks Peachy and Nessa, ive never tried fennel tea before, might have to give it a try. And Peachy, I never thought about not eating a lot on a Sunday, this Sunday I totally pigged out on green day stuff, no wonder I still weighed a ton! :rotfl: I invested in a big bottle today so I know Ive drank over 2 litres already, it really does make a difference. I got a bottle of NAS dilute as well, that makes the water go down a treat.
    go girl :T :T :T :T

I'm tempted to say 'I only lost 1/2 pound' at SW tonight, but strike that, I'm pleased to report a 1/2 pound loss tonight, which makes a total of 6lbs :D

Should have gone to weigh in yesterday, but have decided to go it alone. I look after my grand-daughter some Tuesdays, so have been going to morning classes some weeks and evening ones others. I know I can weigh a couple of pounds more at night, so don't see the point of spending £4.50 to be told I have gained when actually I haven't

I always weigh myself in the morning, so know this morning that I have lost 2 lbs since last week, so hopefully I can carry on losing and save myself £4.50 a week.

Never mind, as long as I didnt put on I was ok. Got all my food in so back on it!

Lois Lane - yes the corned beef quiche is 4 syns for the whole thing, just make sure you get the extra lean corned beef.
