Can anyone tell me if you can have wholemeal muffins as an heb?In the book it lists all the smaller loaf slices you can have and also says 57g of ANY wholemeal bread except pitta.So surely that means I could have a wholemeal muffin?!As long as it was the right weight of course.

I did the diet a few years ago (when you could snack on corned beef and make lasagna with canned macaroni cheese), but as the weight is creeping on, I thought I'd give it another whirl as it's the one "diet" I can actually stick to

Aren't muffins sweet though? They're not bread so probably contain too much sugar?0 -
Just got a Wii Fit for our Wii - blimey! 30 mins of that each day will kell me let alone burn some fat! The aerobic exercises are great - step aerobics, hula hoop and jogging!0
