    hey peachy

that tuna pasta bake sounds scrummy, it's going on my food diary for next week! must admit to having been a ready meal junkie, so all this cooking is new to me and am enjoying it. Am really getting into making my own soups!

  • Yer there was a guy selling Joe's sausages at my local market last week.He had a big banner with SW written it so I asked him the syn values,he was a bit vague, and they seemed quite high to me - most seemed to be about 1.5 per sausage - and frankly a little overpriced.I tried a piece of chicken sausage and I don't think it was worth the high price, especially now all the supermarkets do decent lower syn ones.

Anyway I'm off to make my supper, having a cheese toastie, creamy chicken leftover from lunch, options hot choc and a few red grapes if I can force 'em down!

Hmm Kelly, real Joes Sausages are zero syns (youo get a certificate with your order) so my guess is he didn't have a clue what he was selling, or they weren't the real thing.

They are expensive, but very good quality.
