Hi Trishaa, nice to see you back. I only go on the website to register my new weight each week so it wouldn't really bother me if I couldn't go back on there. If a few of us decide to go it alone we'll have to just encourage one another on here. As I've mentioned, my consultant doesn't do anything or tell us any info, and wastes the time on a silly game.
She has the books on display, but has never mentioned them or said anything about trying different recipes. There's far more help and encouragement on here than in my class. You're expected to take part in the raffle, so really it costs £5 or £5.50 a week.
Anyway, let's see how it goes. We can always weigh ourselves once a week and post on here if we decide to stop going.0 -
I need to lose some weight, have been looking at Weight Watchers as you can do this online
Find it hard to make regular meetings as have 3 kids. But am interested whether slimming world may be a better choice?0 -
I would definately recommend SW over WW.You can eat loads,it's healthy eating not dieting, you only have to weigh out healthy extras, you will never be hungry, and you can do SW online too!:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T

:hello: Hello Everyone!! Remember me!?:hello:
Well, got back from our fortnight in France just yesterday, and back on the plan 1000% as of this morning. Have visited the market and virtually every supermarket in town with dd this morning to get all our supplies in, so there are no excuses to be anything other than completely :A
France was lovely. The first week I stayed completely on plan, but the second week had a few of the lovely treats (crepe, kougin amann, breton cake, red wine - you know the kind of stuff!) I think the damage is probably about 3lb ishwhich is more than I aimed for (2lb max), but ohhhhhh so much less than it could nave been
I have until next Tuesday evening when I am back to class, so I am sure that with a bit of :A and a bit of :j and not too much of  I should be just  .
So, apologies that I haven't read back all your posts from the past two weeks, but Well done if you have lost, hugs for the maintainers, and a boot up the bum for the gainers (me included:rotfl: !) for a better week next week!!
No doubt we have some new members too... Hello to you all, I look forward to meeting you soon....
EDIT: Just found some lovely pm's - thanks guysPlease could someone let me have this weeks password, and then hopefully when I get back to class next week, there will be a list for the next few weeks

Hi ladies
I'v ebeen going to SW for a few weeks and have been actually enjoying the plan (Now I understand it!) and havejust managed to hit my 7lbs (A long time I know but there was a week there that I completely mucked up and put 3 on!).
Anyway, although I'm really enjoying the food and reading this site, neither I nor my husband are enjoying the £4.50 per week it costs. We aren't rolling in money at the mo and have very few luxury's as it is and I think, with this website and the the SW website, I can carry on fine for a while.
However, I won't be able to get the password through class if I'm not there! I have seen some of you guys asking people to "PM" the password??
My ignorant question is - what is PM'ing and would anyone mind if I asked for this every week!
Thanks all
