Thanks, I'll get it when I go to WI tomorrow. I've got 100 Free Original Recipes, there are some great recipes in there. I've made the Tuna Quiche, that was lovely and it's very filling. I also did the Beef in Oyster Sauce from the magazine which I've posted. If I can have nice meals it may help to keep me on the plan, the problem is I keep wanting chocolate and all those things that made me put weight on.
I'll have to keep remembering that old saying, 'Nothing tastes as nice as being slim feels.'
ive often looked at the tuna quiche recipe and thought errrrrrm, lol
should i try it or not?

Do all meetings follow the same format? The first half hour in mine is taken up with weighing and waiting for people to come in who are late. There isn't anything to do after you've been weighed, but just sit and wait.
For the next half hour the consultant goes around the class and praises people who've lost, and they say a bit about how they did it. There's a bit of a silly game with points being given out to two sides. The problem is I feel I don't learn anything from going there. I've seen posts where others have said their consultant brings in something they've cooked and they taste it. But my consultant has never done that. With WW the consultant has a little talk prepared, and gives hints and tips about sticking to the plan.
It helps to know I'm going there each week to be weighed, but if I was a consultant I'd have ideas to make the class interesting and inspiring.
What happens in your class?
we go in, natter, get weighed, natter, make a brew, natter, do body magic and natter all the way through it, then disperse to the local wetherspoons and natter all afternoon, lol

Woo hoo lost 5 1/2 lbs this week! So pleased with that. I hadmy little boys 3rd birthday party on sunday so had a buffet and big cake. I had a nibble but had saved syns in the week. Had a few speed foods this week too, beans and clementines. Just lost 1lb this week. Cant really understand it a Ive been really good for a fortnight (better than Iv ever been!) very frustrating. Ah well keep at it. Might have to try a few more red days as I live on green but I really struggle for 'free' meals unlike on green.
We've been dog sitting too so lots of walks and bought a Wii on Saturday so LOADS of exercise from playing that since then too!
