At my class weigh in is the first half hour so I get a diet coke and have a chat with the other girls. Then Sue (the consultant) goes around saying how people have done. She always picks some girls to describe a day they have had and if there is any recipes she asks them to tell us all. Lots of girls bring in empty packets of food they have synned up so she tells us about that too. She does the points game sometimes if its busy. I really enjoy my meeting. We have 3 here, 10am, 5pm and 7pm on the same day. I usually go to the 5pm one as I know more people there as it was my old group before I got pg again but I have been going to the 7pm one as my dh isnt home from work in time.
I think class is what your consultant makes it. Sue is brill a lovely consultant, always a letter or a call if you miss a few weeks. She brings food in every so often. Like last week a girl said about some veg meat like beanfeast she bought and made shepards pie with it, Sue is making it and bringing it in tonight for us. She organises a xmas party as well every year and thats brill. We all make a bit of food for the buffet and a fiver each for the disco! :jBack on slimming world after my second baby!!Lost 2 st 12 lbs after my first!Weight loss to date - 1 st0 -

Sue has been the consultant here for over 10 years. I remember going aged 15 (wasnt dieting just tagging along!) with my sister who had just had her first baby and he is 10 now! I did try WW at 18 and lost about a stone and a half but once I lost it I didnt want to go back as I didnt enjoy the meetings whereas with SW I carried on giong once I got to target and even until I was 4 months pg as I enjoyed that bit of time away from home lolBack on slimming world after my second baby!!Lost 2 st 12 lbs after my first!Weight loss to date - 1 st0

About password sharing.. I was told by our consultant that once all the groups in UK are electronic and everyone has there cards then apparently you will only be able to log into lifeline online using your personal pin number (thats another one to remember  lol), this is to stop password being shared between people apparently.
ohh that new book sounds good (One Pot Cookery) might have to invest :j0 -
That's a good idea, but I haven't really decided yet whether I'm going back. I've only been three times in total, so may go another couple of weeks, but can see myself leaving after that.
I always come and let people on here know what ive done and give surport as i think of this thread as my s/w class on a big scale :T :T :T :T :T , i always tell the truth about my weight as i'd only be lieing to myself and would in the end just put the weight back on .
So emma if you do want to go it on your own your not we are all here for you :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: :cheesy: , ive been asked again about becoming a consultant and i'm really thinking about it , as i totally beleave in this healthy living plan its worked for me and has for over 10 years plus .
I'm at target , and if i went back to the class it would be free , for me and i'd be able to get the pass word and use it , i think i will do that monday night and see what happens, i need to see about becoming a consultant
