I am sooooo close to that elusive 1 Stone!
Had my WI last night and lost another 1.5lbs, so total loss is now 13lbs!:j :j :j
The great thing I don't really feel like I am suffering a "diet" as I have done with previous plans.
Good luck to everyone this weekend! (I always find weekends the hardest to be good...) Must remember to hide the bottle opener...
Well done we're both chasing that 1 stone award, I have 2 lb to go though,I wish sometimes my mouth had a zipper on it, with little padlock attached just for weekends!!:rotfl:December 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. March 2012 Straw dogs blueray film.0 -
My sins have found me out. Only a 1lb loss instead of my normal 2 this week. :-( *Sob*0

Hi all - congrats to everyone who's lost this week!
I was just wondering - is it normally the case that people tend to lose more in the first few weeks and then only 1/2lbs after that?
I have lost 9.5lbs in 3 weeks - 5lbs first week, 3lbs second week and 1.5lbs in 3rd week....0 -

Well, IMO the Light ones are lovely and the extra light are disgusting!!! :rotfl:
I think you are allowed 5 Light or 6 Extra Light as a HEB. I tend to buy the boxes of 16 and just have 4 so they last 4 days!!We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

ooh I dont understand it! best to leave it for now and stick to red and green for a bit!Compulsive Spendaholic #150 -

Mix to Max does take some getting your head round - basically each meal rather than each day is either red or green.
So, basically, say you have a green lunch, you could have a red dinner. But this only applies to your main course, if you have a starter or dessert you have to Syn it if it's not a Superfree food or one of your Healthy Extras.
Anything else you eat has to be Synned at its highest value. So say you had something that would be 5 Syns on Green or 25 on Red, you'd have to count it as 25.
It does make for a bit of variety but I wouldn't recommend trying it until you're totally to grips with the Red & Green philisophy!!!
