  • ooh big well done everyone!
my wi is tomorrow and i will be lucky if i have even stayed the same. Apart form my hungover sunday blip I have stuck to the plan, but I have just had far too many syns every day. All the junk is out the house now though so hopefully I will behave next week!
Does anyone do mix2max? I have had weetabix for breakfast, and cant decide whether to have soup and roll as 2 healthy bs for lunch, or pasta and sauce as green, but 1.5 syns, for lunch, as will be having chicken casserole or chilli (red) for tea??? Would prefer the pasta tbh, but if you mix to max are you allowed to have syns with your meal?

With regards to the cupcakes you would have to syn all the separate ingredients and then divide between the amount of cakes you made.As a guide though, shop bought come out as 7.5 on average:eek:

Sounds like it doesn't operate any more - groups don't shut down for holidays, xmas or anything (they just move the day at xmas).

OMG I am craving something sweet so badly. I so about to sin bad. Owwwww

In the SW magazine they're advertising Werther's Original Sugar Free sweets - they're ½ syn each. I bought them and they're really nice. They're 99p and the advert says available at Asda, Sainsbury's and Tesco. My Tesco didn't have them though, got them at Sainsbury's.

Jelly babies are 1 syn each btw.
  • lamarsi that isso typical isn't it. You get yourself psyched up to go to group and then its not there

Well i'm finding it quite difficult this week to stick to plan. Not because of a lack of motivation but because we are having a new kitchen and it's so difficut to cook anything. Last night we went out for an indian (had mushroom and potato biryani so not too bad) but feel porky today because of it. I'm going to go on a bike ride tonight and am going to water aerobics tomorrow so hopefully will feel better:j

I just don't want to put on any weight as i'm only 6lbs off target and just want to get there as quickly as possible

P.S Thanks for all the recipies today. can't wait to get cooking in my new kitchen

:j WooHoo! I did I lost 1 pound this week! Which means I lost 1 and half stone!!!!!:T

We have a family weddingtomorrow which I had set a goal to lose between 1 and 2 stone for it, and I've done it!!! Only 3.5 stone to go to my ultimate goal! But now I know I can lose the weight!

Gonna have a couple of days of the diet over the wedding so my target next week is 1.5lbs on, but I am fine with that.
