Quorn Chicken Pieces
I eat a lot of these, in Stir-fry, in pasta and always have a pack in the freezer for emergencies.
Just did an online Sainsburys shop and was shocked at the difference between buying them fresh and frozen. Fresh, 350g is £3.11 but frozen they are only £1.89 for 300g. I can't see any difference apart from the slight difference in size, but what a difference in price!!
Off to see if the same price differentials apply with Tesco and Asda ....
Oh, and Sainsburys still have Mullerlights 4 for a pound!
ETA: Tesco have them for £3.11 and £1.89 as well, and Asda are a penny less for the fresh - £3.10 - and £1.98 for the frozen, so more expensive than both Sainsburys or Tesco!!!!

Golden Wonder Golden Lights, all varieties 21g bag
Are these the ones? When I type in golden bakes nothing comes up but typing golden this comes up. They are 4 1/2 syns both days.
Nothing comes up for tesco crisps. What is the actual name of the crisps?
no they are different to the golden lights. on the tesco website it calls them Tesco Oven Baked 6 Pack Cheese & Onion and
Tesco Oven Baked 6 Pack Ready Salted0 -

my wi is tomorrow and i will be lucky if i have even stayed the same. Apart form my hungover sunday blip I have stuck to the plan, but I have just had far too many syns every day. All the junk is out the house now though so hopefully I will behave next week!
Does anyone do mix2max? I have had weetabix for breakfast, and cant decide whether to have soup and roll as 2 healthy bs for lunch, or pasta and sauce as green, but 1.5 syns, for lunch, as will be having chicken casserole or chilli (red) for tea??? Would prefer the pasta tbh, but if you mix to max are you allowed to have syns with your meal?
you can have syns but you have to take the highest syn value. so say it is 1.5 syns on green but 8 syns on red you have to count it as 8 syns. i think that's right anyway. mix 2 match is a bit confusing for me!0 -

Evening all,
As always congrats to all you losers! I had wi in on monday and lost 1/2 lb I had been ill over the weekend and had got my appetite back in a big way on Monday so I'm going to blame that

In Tesco's they are 4 for a pound too. Also tescos have the quorn fatija strips on BOGOF these are free on red and green days. They are kept in the fridge not the freezer.0 -
regarding Quorn, if anyone lives near a farmfoods, their quorn is generally cheaper than everyone else's. I think I usually pay £2 for a bag of fillets, £2 for a bag of sausages or £1.25 for a box of 6 sausages. Only thing is it does vary what they have in - different flavours of sausage, normally.0

Hi all, please can i ask a question.
I am eating the slimming world way at again, at home only, pretty strapped at the mo so cant afford class. Tesco have a great deal on Youngs Alaskan Pollock White Wineparsley Sauce (360g) at the moment an i cannot find it in my 2007 Food Directory - could anyone tell me whether this is free on a red day? or perhaps a recent password so i can take a look myself.
Many Thanks
