Stayed the same (again! ) that's 3 weeks in a row. It has been suggested I try Success Express to kickstart myself again but I don't feel in the mood to investigate it really!

Anyone tried Succes Express? I usually stick to Original Days and until recently I kept losing (albeit slowly, but I don't mind that TBH).

pennylane you probably just need to shake things up a bit - do you tend to stick to the same HE's and syns? Try a few green days to get you thinking!

Thanks Skint Catt:beer: I do more or less stick to the same HE's as you say. It's usually skimmed milk for 1 A and cereal for 1 B and then Ryvita for the other B and occasionally Laughing Cow cheeses for the other A, or I just use the one A.

I eat masses of fruit, loads of veg and love trying new recipes. I like meat, fish and eggs so Original seemed best for me but I will give it some thought. Thanks again.

You can still have your meat fish and eggs - as a HEB just with pasta or rice or loads of veg.

There was a challenge to see if you could have 14 different HE's in a week - too much for me but maybe 6/7 different ones should be possible!

hello everyone and well done all losers!!! Welcome back peachy!! Well done Reddeb and InTheRed, I'm 2lbs from my 1st stone as well so hopefully we will all get there this week!!

RebekahR, Ive found the perfect thing for sweet cravings! Tesco sell Sula Sugar Free Strawberry sweets, they are hard boiled, (like a werthers original but strawberry flavoured) and they are only half a syn for 2!!!! So, you can have 4 and its only 1 syn!!! The added benefit also is if you have too many, they have a laxative effect (as my sister found out!!) :rotfl: :rotfl:
You're so very special, I wish I was special

I eat a lot of these, in Stir-fry, in pasta and always have a pack in the freezer for emergencies.

Just did an online Sainsburys shop and was shocked at the difference between buying them fresh and frozen. Fresh, 350g is £3.11 but frozen they are only £1.89 for 300g. I can't see any difference apart from the slight difference in size, but what a difference in price!!

Off to see if the same price differentials apply with Tesco and Asda ....

Oh, and Sainsburys still have Mullerlights 4 for a pound!

ETA: Tesco have them for £3.11 and £1.89 as well, and Asda are a penny less for the fresh - £3.10 - and £1.98 for the frozen, so more expensive than both Sainsburys or Tesco!!!!

did you mean 4 muller lights for £2? that's what they are at our local sainsbury's.

Sorry, getting my supermarkets muddled up, Muller lights are 4 for £1 in Tesco :T :T and 4 for £2 in Sainsburys and Asda (and 76p each in my local Londis )
