Help again if possible
(I'm sure i'll get there one day)if I'm having a red day and for lunch I had boiled egg and two slices of hovis granary bread are they syns?

All eggs are free on both Red and Green except when they're cooked in oil. One slice of Hovis granary bread is 4½ syns. There's a list of bread you can have as a Healthy Extra, but that one isn't on the list.0

Can I join in?
I joined my local Slimming World Group last Thursday but didn't actually start following the plan until Monday. Went away the first weekend and ate and drank loads - had a fab time! Since Monday the only slip up I've had is far too much wine on Tuesday night...having said that my syns over the four days are so low that I probably didn't go over my allowance.
Came on this morning and thought I was doomed to have gained at weigh in tonight....but....I lost a pound! I'm so chuffed. 7 of us joined at the same time:- 1 gained 2lb (bad time of month though), 2 remained the same (both had major stress this week), 1 lost 4lb, 1 lost 3lb, 1 lost 2lb and I lost 1lb.
I'm really inspired and as I love cooking I have really enjoyed it and have got my head around how it all works. Our consultant said that I should have a really good loss next week due to hormonal fluctuations this week.

Had my WI last night and lost another 1.5lbs, so total loss is now 13lbs!:j :j :j
The great thing I don't really feel like I am suffering a "diet" as I have done with previous plans.
Good luck to everyone this weekend! (I always find weekends the hardest to be good...) Must remember to hide the bottle opener... :cool:February Grocery Challenge 262.50/250.00 - overspend - oh no!
