Yes this would be fine. I do it quite a bit with milk as I dont eat a lot of cheese.

Are these the ones? When I type in golden bakes nothing comes up but typing golden this comes up. They are 4 1/2 syns both days.

Nothing comes up for tesco crisps. What is the actual name of the crisps?

:j WooHoo! I did I lost 1 pound this week! Which means I lost 1 and half stone!!!!!:T

We have a family weddingtomorrow which I had set a goal to lose between 1 and 2 stone for it, and I've done it!!! Only 3.5 stone to go to my ultimate goal! But now I know I can lose the weight!

Gonna have a couple of days of the diet over the wedding so my target next week is 1.5lbs on, but I am fine with that.
