This is in the latest magazine and looks really nice:

    Beef in Oyster Sauce

Cook 1lb 2oz/511g lean beef strips in Fry Light for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Cook 6 chopped spring onions, 4 sliced garlic cloves, 1 chopped chilli, 2 chopped red peppers and 7oz/198g broccolli florets in Fry Light for 4-5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp passata and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add 3-4 level tbsp oyster sauce and return the beef to the pan for a further 3-4 minutes, or until piping hot.

Serves 4: ½Syn per serving on Original
    this sounds nice

Just a tip, some might already know, that I got from my group last night. To make it easier you can freeze syn free chips. Blanche them, let them cool then freeze them. Cook from frozen and they would just take a bit longer than normal.

I actually find that if I freeze SW chips they don't take as long in the oven - bonus as the non-frozen take 1/1.5hours sometimes!

hi, i was just think about sbout something. i had pasta today, and had a fair bit off cheese on it, more than the 28g i should have had. as we are allowed 2 of HEA, would it be okay to have double the amount of cheese, as i didnt have any milk today? is that allowed, two of the same HEA's?
    :)

i sometimes have two of the same HEB's, so i presuming this should be ok?
