hi can i join you please,
I started at slimming world last week, have been a member before but left as my mind wasnt on it.
Fully motivated now so hopefully this time i will have more success, need to lose about 5 stone in all, but have sort of set a half stone at a time target as it seems much less to aim for and more acheivable.
Weigh in day in monday so fingers cross for a good first week.
Teeni
Hi Teeni, and welcome. Good luck on Monday and keep coming back here.0 -
Save some money on the Food Directory and either just ask us or ask us for the password to access it online - it is MSE after all! Unless you always update to the current years some things will be out of date anyway.0

Don't forget slimmers - you can always ring (and usually email) your SW Consultant for advice. That's all part of the service and what you pay for! She will also give you the current Password too;)0

Just had chicken & bacon salad in nearby pub, ok for red day apart from the dressing- honey & mustard- anyone any idea of the syn value of this?
Also- just to check, have had my breakfast - healthy A (42g reduced fat cheese) and healthy B (2 slices wholemeal bread 400g loaf), so I'm ok to have, for example, gammon, small baked pot (as a 2nd healthyand veg for tea?
