It does tend to catch up a week later for some reason so make sure you stick to it and drink plenty of water!! Fingers crossed!
Hollowhead - no syn calulator I'm afraid! It's on the website or you can get a Food Directory with most things in it!0 -
yeah possibly that's what someone else has said to me - been naughty tonight too so really need to get 100% back on the waggon next week.
Thanks :beer:Hate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying :mad:0 -
I'm actually amazing myself and sticking to it 100% this week  :rotfl: 14 syns last night (1 measly Magnum copy!) and 6.5 syns today (and its a red day too!)0

it would be great if there was a syn calculator that you could keep, and work out the syns, maybe even take it food shopping with you.
would make things alot easier!

If you look on the Slimming World website, the first class is free at the moment. So it would be £10 to join and you'd get all the books you need to explain the plan. Even if you dont want to go to a class, consider going just the once. You'd save at least £10 for the books rather than getting second hand ones from Ebay.0 -
I know! Nationwide have just given me a home chip n pin machine so I can do transactions on the website - maybe SW home calculators are next what with the card swipe thing (which we haven't got at our group yet!)0

Yeah I agree with this - I only joined about 3/4 weeks ago - you could always go to a few classes - see if it's for you and if not stop going and you have the books, an explanation from the consultant and a few eeeks to get a feel for things - I'd recommend itHate and I do mean Hate my apple Mac Computer - wish I'd never bought the thing

PMSL - my current consultant lives about 10 houses up from me at the mo and OH and I went for a good long Body Magic walk last night via the supermarket (I needed more eggs). She was just getting out of her car when we passed her house and she thought we'd gone and bought a takeeaway! (There was a bottle of red wine in there for OH but we didn't tell her that!
I thought "don't be stupid - if I was buying a takeaway I'd take the car" - DOH! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0
