• Yes they are so enjoy! :D

RebekahR - there are so many little puds it's almost impossible to give a list, but if you're looking for yoghurty ones which are free, you need to check that it says fat-free or very low fat not just 'low fat'.

A nice 'trifle' can be made using a Hi-Fi bar (or equivalent). Break up the bar, place into 2 small dishes, add some chopped fresh fruit of your choice and cover with a portion of sugar-free jelly (about ¼ which is ½ syn) and allow to set. You can add a 2 level tablespoons of aerosol cream just before eating for ½ syn. So, you have a 'trifle' for 1 syn plus a HEB. (If not using as a HEB the Hi-Fi is 6 syns).

For anyone who hasn't tried it (and I think I've mentioned it before) have a go at mixing 1 or 2 level teaspoons of lemon curd into a pot of 0% fat Greek yoghurt then crush a meringue nest and stir in - absolutely yummy and quite low syn (4 or 5 depending on how much lemon curd).

Hi, Sorry for being a bit thick, but my activia yoghurts don't mention being fat free, are there just 1 type of activia yoghurts?
I am new at this and only joined yesterday. I appear to be doing a green day today and am desperate not to muck up.
If possible, can you help me with another question? I really like Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island dressing. Does this equal the low fat 1.5 syns? or does it have a different syn value?
Thank you.

Kraft Light Dressing, Thousand Island, Fat Free 1 level tbsp

red.gif Original ½ Syn green.gif Green ½ Syn
I think activia yogurts come in standard and fat free so if it doesn't say fat free on the ones you have then they aren't fat free. What flavour are the ones you have?
