    Would someone please help me?!

I know nothing at all about SW and can't join a class cause of the kids. What books do i need to explain it and where can i get them?

Would it be best for me to join the online group, it seems a bit pricey!

Thanks to anyone who can help

    x;)

    Wow, that's amazing. Well done!!!

Went to W/I last night and stayed the same, which is actually a relief, as I have been snacking on dried fruit, (well, a bit more than snacking).

I forgot to note the password, could someone p/m me please? Thanks in advance

Hi! Yes you could, but i find shelling out for classes focuses my mind and I pay for 5 get one free.

These girls (and guys) are great, full of info and encouragement, you'll get plenty of support whatever you decide to do.

Thanks for he reply. I already go to ww but it's not working for me:rolleyes:
  • HOLLOWHEAD - I went to WW a couple of times, was constantly hungry, lost very little weight, and just ended up feeling like a failure.SW is sooooo not like that. You really can eat until you're satisfied.Basically you fill yourself up with healthy filling food and then you don't feel like having loads of crap. That's the theory anyway. When I was following WW,I didn't like the way people would have just a salad and some vegetables so they could eat 2 large bars of chocolate.Doesn't seem like healthy eating to me!Anyway I would say go for it,and when thay say eat as much free food as you want, then do!

    Hi All :hello:

Just wanted to report in that I lost 2 lbs !!! :j :j

Was flabbergasted as I thought I had been way too naughty, but I must have done something right.

Only 1 1/2lbs off my club 10 now as well and I won the raffle :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well done to all losers and maintainers.
