    hi hollowhead just starting myself, do you have any books yet? I have been watching ebay and the packs are going for around £20 :eek:

    You'd be better off joing the class to get the info and the pack. i think it costs £8.95 to join and then you can decide if you want to go each week or just go it alone. At least the consultant will explain everything to you

    Hope that helps

    I had the most delish dinner last night. I sliced up a load of potatoes and onions, and layered them alternate layers in a dish, frylight and seasoning on each later, cooked at a medium heat for a hour and added a small knob of butter (6 syns) and a HEa cheese on top for the last 10 minutes. It was gorgeous, especially on top of baked beans! I'm sure you could do it without the butter, I just fancied it! :rolleyes:

    On the subject of yoghurts, are there any cheapy ones that are low syn? Or does any one know of any special offers on mullerlights etc?

    Muller lights seem to be on special offer almost all the time at almost all supermarkets so just shop around and see other replies on here

    Well as, IMHO, they are by a massive margin the most expensive of the big four supermarkets - yes there are several other shops - heck just my opinion :cool:

    Well had my weigh in and I exppected to have gained quite a bit - I have been really quite bad in last 7 days - last night went to KFC and had Zinger Burger, Large Chips and a mini fillet :o:o oh and lunch today a Zinger too :o:o

    Al on top of not really being good - so was expecting minimum 3lb gain and possibly as much as 5lbs.

    so stepped on scales and .......

    Lost 2.5 lbs :eek::eek::eek::confused::confused::confused: How exactly ??? :confused::confused:
