Back from hols in Norfolk - had a FAB time, what a lovely place and the weather was beautiful.
I was good when I was away (hada few ice creams and pints of cider but apart from that was food optimising) so am hoping for a good loss on Monday morning, having not been to a WI for 3 weeks!
Busy weekend so can't read all the posts I missed, but hope everyone is well and doing OK!
Huge hugs, TG xxx

Can I join too?
went to SW last year and got down to target, and guess what? Weigh more now.
have just over a stone to lose, it`s alot when you are only 5ft!
Going to start tomorrow as friends are coming tonight so it will be takeaway and lots of wine!
I have planned my meals for the first 3 days, then plan to do a shop and plan rest of the week, find that when I am on a diet all I do is think about food!
I have justbought a Remoska, any ideas for syn free meals in it? tend to have green days.
thanks0 -

Well done Mrs E! :j:j
Crockpot I'm also only 5ft and I have a lot more than just a stone to lose, If only!!
Still I'm sure you'll get it off in no time!
I had friends over last night and I think it's the first time this year I've seen them, and they thought I'd lost way more than the 2 stone I actually have, and that I'd been doing it for longer than I actually have0 -

Hello everyone, at my weigh-in on Thursday night I lost 2lb, bringing my total loss to 39 1/2lbs!! I have also been trying to exercise more, I even bought myself a bike, but have only been out on it once so far.
I clicked on the above link, and 'joined' them. I have already been doing this at home, but now I can also do it online for even more encouragment!
