    Hi everyone,
Been to see my GP today and I'm back on the Fluoxetine. I hate being on them but as it's likely to be the only thing to make me better and stop me doing something stupid then needs must. I do however have to wait for some test results back first (should get them friday) before I can start taking them.
On a brighter note, I've felt a bit better today and although I was knackered after work, I made myself go for a swim before group. I felt miles better afterward, a lot less tired than I was before I went in.
And I lost 3.5 pounds this week and won slimmer of the week for the third time.
I asked my energy foods question at group and it was suggested things like pears, spinach, brocolli anything green really. So I'll incorporate some of those things a bit more into my diet this week and see if it makes a difference
I also got my bronze body magic tonight. As I mentioned in an earlier posting I walk to the station and it takes about 20 mins. I started that just after I'd joined so I've definitely done my bronze :T
Well done to all the losers and the gainers remember the pounds be gone next week with friends!!

Hello everyone. Havent been on here in ages. Kind of lost the plot with SW over the last 3 months but continue to go to class and have lost the last couple of weeks. Hope everyone is doing well.

Our consultant has set us a challenge, we are to eat 8 superfree foods each day for the next week. 8 grapes or 8 mullerlights are not allowed!!!!!!!

Anyway, I have looked through my food directory and made a list of possible choices but I am intrigued by all the food items that I have never heard of before such as:
    jambu fruit
    jujube
    karela
    kiwano
    kohlrabi
    kumquats
    medlars
    ortaniques
    okra
    radicchio
    salsify
    sa podilla
    ugli fruit
    rambutan
    tayberries
    vine leaves
    tamarilllos
    rambutan
    sauerkraut
    prickly pears
    physalis
    mangosteen
    mammie apple
    loquats
    grendillas

now somehow I dont think Im going to find the above in my local blue and white supermarket so where do you think I can get hold of the above?
