Well done to all the losers and as always good luck to all those going to weight in.
I had my W I yesterday and lost 2lbs so I'm now up to 1stone 4.5 lbs in total would love to get to one and a half stone (and club 10) before my holidays on the 9th of August so 3 more weigh ins
Flossy you have had such an amazing loss, I'm quite jealous it must be all those amazing reciepes you keep posting!0 -
my first weigh in last night, and lost 1.5lb. slightly disappointed that it wasn't more but a loss is a loss :rolleyes:
just about to try a concoction, inspired by a recipe in this months mag. gonna try turkey in passata with mushrooms wrapped in an omelette (sounds weird but if you buy the mag its mince inside so i think i could do the same). I will report back to see if it works or not!!You're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -
just been for a 55 min walk after work so hopefully that'll have burnt some calories off

Just popped in quickly to report another 1/2lb off this week
It sure is slow, but it does seem to be going!!!
In some ways it has been undeserved (lots of meals out and at MIL etc), but on the other hand, maybe I am getting better at making better choices.

Wow week 2 & I lost 4Ibs!!!! I got SOTW too. 1Ib next week will be my half stone yay. What confused me though is the consultant said to eat a free food with pasta n sauce? Why? It fills me up alone & is free lol0

wd bring! How long has it taken everyone & what amount have you all lost? When I joined I got the 12 week countdown course & the first week was free (Joining offer at the time), today the consultant gave me the countdown course book thingy where U rip off each week & has taken all 3 weeks n not done the free one!0

Well done on your loss thats great and you will get your awards im certain of it
I do try and make something differant each day. Mind some of my attempts just dont go rightbut some are very nice, so ill keep on trying and experimenting with new recepies.

well done on your loss and dont be too dissapointed you might have a bigger loss next week. Keep your chin upDo you eat many superspeed foods and drink plenty of water.. that really does help.
It is good to try differant recepies and foods you wouldnt
normally eat. Have a good variety so you dont get too bored and sometimes is easy to get stuck in a rut of eating the same foods day in day out, your body does get used to this and that can hinder your progress also.. Hope this helpsFLOSSEY :j:j
