    FF measures everything you eat as far as I'm aware. I have seen it mentioned, will see if I can find you a link.

    The lady who runs the site is having computer probs, so don't think you are being ignore if you don't hear for a few days!

    I used to post on this thread (or the previous ones lol) many moons ago, failed, had another child. Have now been back at SW for just over 10 months and have lost 67lbs in that time. Just 3 lbs to go for my 5stone and target! I love SW!!!

    BUT you must eat and of course drink plenty of water or tea , diet anything , hope this helps , peachy x

    Thanks for that Peachy :D , gonna print these replys off and give them to her.. think if she has them at hand then she is more likely to read them than me plonking the laptop in front of her. Hopefully that fact that its not her mother telling her might just do the trick... As you know us mothers know nothing :mad: by the way she is 23 and thinks she knows it all.......

    I went to get weighed and needed 1 lb for my Cloub 10, and I lost 1/2 lb :rolleyes: Never mind, I will definitely get it next week.
    You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

    VEGATABLE BHAJIS with COOL CHILLI DIP
    • 4 spring onions
    • 1 red onion
    • 12oz/340g potatoes
    • 6oz/170g aweet potatoes
    • 9oz/225g parsnips
    • 5 tblsp freshly chopped corriander
    • 1 beaten egg
    • salt and freshly /ground black pepper
    • fry light
    • 1 red chilli
    • 200g pot very low fat natural fromage frais
    • 1/2 tsp each ground coriander and cumin
    1. finely chop the spring onions and the red onion. peel and grate the potatoes, sweet potatoes and parsnips, place in a fine mesh sieve and squeeze out as much juice as possible. transfer to a bowl along with the spring onions ,red onions and 3 tblsp corriander and egg, season to taste and mix
    2. spray the pan with fry light divide the mixture into 8 bhajis and fry for about 10mins, turning them half way through, until cooked and golden brown
    3. meanwhile make the chilli dip ,deseed and finely chop the chilli, place in a bowl with the fromage frais, ground corriander ansd cumin, the remaining fresh corriander and seasoning to taste. mix well
    4. place the bhajis onto four warmed plates. serve with the chilli dip, garnish with lemon wedges and a few sprigs of corriander
