  • I weighed in this morning and have lost 4lbs in my first week! Absolutely thrilled with that result, I have done enough exercise to complete the first week of the Bronze body magic as well.

Thanks for the recipes too, might try one of those out this week.

I lost another 1lb this week, slightly disappointed as 2lb would have made my 2.5 stone and I'm missing the next 2 weeks due to a school trip and holiday.

But I'm still happy, still 1lb lighter!!
Well done Kellybigboobs on your 2lb loss, that is great :jand positivelypurple, 4lb is a great start, well done you! Lose 3lb this week and you'll get your first sticker!

Good luck to everyone else this week who has yet to weigh in.

    Good morning all

just had my breakfast , had a big bowl of fruit. I bought a tub of half fat creme freche last week, not suire why, anyway its lovley with fruit. So will def have that again. Must remember to tell dd about it.

Im just about ready to pull my hair out with her. She thinks she is following the plan when she dont eat.. I think she is compensating for the night out she had by not eating properly,
For example yesterday she had no breakfast, tomatoes on toast with egg. And then she took a tin of spaghetti and an apple to work and that was to do her 10 hours. She works nites. Ive tried telling her she needs to eat properly but you know what they are like, they know best. I just hope she sees sense soon!

Well thats my bit moan over with, just had to get that off my chest.

Good luck to all with weigh ins this week. Hope you all do well :D

If you're sticking to the plan and eating lots of free foods your DD will be gutted to see that you will probably lose more weight than her. Not eating enough will slow down her metabolism and make it harder to lose weight at all. This should be enough to show her the error of her ways :D

Half fat creme fraiche is only 2½ syns per 28gms as opposed to the full fat one which is 5½ per 28gms.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Thanks for the welcome Kelly

Just been for a 30 min walk - thought I might as well chuck some movement into the whole healthy regime idea - so hope that'll help a little.

Hope everyone is doing well and don't be hard on yourselves if you have a slip or two

    take care all

Thnaks for the tip Kelly, :D Actually i think i do need some loo roll :rotfl: . Yes well love the curries in this house my other half is indian so have learnt to cook a fair bit of delicious food. Mind you its not that good for you when made with all that butter , have been trying to adapt them to fit in with my new eating plan. But some recipies just need the fat.. But i do syn everything. So all ok. Indian food is just sooooo yummy..
Thanks Consultant for the comment im gonna show my dd that and hopefully that will make her think its just not her mum been a nagging pain. And for the syn value for the creme fraiche. Cheers:D
