Hiya, it's probably been mentioned before but can I use two of the same options on A & B, for example 6 dairylea light triangles (3 being one option) & 4 alpen light bars (2x = 1 choice). I dont normally but today I want to!

Also, weight watchers turkey slices for sarnies, free on original? ty!

    OMG - It's there!!!!!:j :j :j :o:o

Louise - I just wonder whether you'd do better on the original. My friend was mainly on the green and her weight loss was very slow. I felt awful because we go together and every week I was losing and she was maintaining or going up and down.

She decided a few weeks ago to change to Red and she's now got her 1 stone award and is thrilled! She says she feels healthier in herself too on the red and not so bloated. Worth a try??

To everybody else - Somebody gave me a recipe for curried pork balls(posh name is brochettes I recall! ) with mango salsa and that's our meal for tonight!! They are FREE on an original day and are SO delicious. We had a brill taster evening last night with masses of lush goodies.

Meant to say - has anybody tried the snack bars from Lidl. There are loads of flavours. The make is Sirius (25g) and they are 5 syns each. I prefer them to Ryvita Goodness bars and they are MUCH cheaper. You get 8 (yes, EIGHT!!) in a box for £1.09.

Yes you can use your HEs just as you like except you're not supposed to split them - ie: having ½ of one and ½ of another.

Sorry not sure of the syn value for the turkey as I don't have a food directory handy.

louise_1981- make sure you're weighing everything that should be weighed. Check you're having the proper item as a HE (it's very easy to get this wrong, even after a long time following the plan). As Skint_Catt says, be sure that your free foods really are free. From experience, I would say you're tripping yourself up somewhere, so for a week or so, why not follow one of the plans in the magazine and then you can be 100% sure you're doing everything right. Stick with it - it really does work, honestly :)

You can have the same HEb's and A's but its not advised long term - you need the variation that different things give your diet.

Sorry WW turkey not on the website, but yes probably if its not got anything on it and its pure meat. I'm sure normally sliced turkey is cheaper though without the branding! ;)

I went to WI last night and stayed the same, which I can't understand because I've done more exercise this week than any other so far! But there, since I've been going (about 12 weeks) I've lost 1 st 6 lbs and there was only one week when I gained & that was just half a pound.

I was told years ago, by a nurse that when you start to exercise, your muscles hold extra water around themselves to protect from possible harm. I don't know if it's a fact, but it does seem to be borne out by the number of people who exercise and maintain their weight for a couple of weeks (sometimes more :(). On the plus side, your body will be shaping up nicely and this is the time you will probably lose more inches than pounds :)

thanks guys. I will list everything that I have tomorrow, tomorrow evening, past two days I have had a bit of a blow out yesterday and today, had saag aloo (my fav) with boiled rice and pizza for tonight, just thought what the hell, back on the wagon tomorrow.!!!

I drink plenty of fluids during the day, take my full (skimmed) milk and cheese allowance and have cereal, alpen light or chicken breast/ canned tuna as my HEB.

Plan to do some batch cooking so there is stuff in the fridge/freezer to just whip out
