I have been eating a lot of potatoes, you would recommend more pasta instead flossey.

What gets me is that I had a great starting week with 5 lb loss, but still not sure how I did it, I thought it was the yoghurts

I don't get bloated, as I have had very little red meat since I was 13, although if I go over board I do

    today I have day

yoghurt and fruit for breakfast (had no milk for cereal, will have it later)
2x baked potatoes with hm quorn chilli left overs and cheese.
had 1 alpen light bar (3 syns)

going to have chicken breast, veg and SW roasties not sure if I can have stuffing (dried packet stuff made with water), but really don't mind going without gravy.

will have my cereal for supper.

Might have a go on the excercise bike tonight too (thats another thing I was doing in the first week)

    Hi Louise,
im not saying eat more pasta, just i find that the green days do bloat me. I think you have to find what works best for you. Some people are fine on green but i know a lot of people find they are bloated and there weight loss is a bit slower. But i think if your happy with that and enjoy what your eating thats great and your more than likley to stick to it if your enjoying your food . Not sure how many syns the stuffing is, but gravy (i use oxo granules) 1 1/2 syns for 142ml i think
    Hope this helps

    Hi everyone,
Had a busy week and have had family staying with me this weekend. That said I think I've been better this week so hopefully tuesday night I should be posting a loss again. fingers crossed anyway. Got caught out today whilst out at a museum though. We went for a cup of tea and a cake as we hadn't had lunch and were a bit hungry. I picked a teacake thinking it was the best option ( I figured the flapjacks, muffins and scones would have more syns) when I've filled my online food diary found it was 10 syns! Glad I didn't put butter or jam on it!

    Morning

Back off holiday, and I wish I could say I have been good :o but we did do lots of walking, so may have walked some of it off

I'll find out how I've done tomorrow, but have another evening weigh in, so I won't have lost. Will try to be really good today and tomorrow and hope for the best. I've been doing the diet since February, and have lost 1st 3lbs, but know someone who has been doing it four weeks and has lost a stone

Mind you, she probably doesn't cheat
