Morning, hope you enjoyed your holiday and you never know all that walking might have helped you maintained or even loose. But even if you have a small gain im sure you will get it off in no time. Most people do have a small gain having been on holiday, dont worry as long as you enjoyed it thats the main thing. I'll find out how I've done tomorrow, but have another evening weigh in, so I won't have lost. Will try to be really good today and tomorrow and hope for the best. I've been doing the diet since February, and have lost 1st 3lbs, but know someone who has been doing it four weeks and has lost a stone :eek:

Hi Louise , think sometimes our bodies need a change and it might be just what your body needs. There is no harm in trying. But if you find that you cant do red days all the time try alternating each day. Our bodies do get used to the same things. You could try the mix n match too. Well DD has decided to start doing SW. So this will make my life a lot easier as she will have to eat what i make. My youngest is one of these who can eat anything and everything and doesn't get any fatter. In fact was told by our dr that she has to eat high fatty foods and snack as often as she can to try and put a bit of weight on. Some people are just so lucky:mad: deff takes after her mother..........not!
Going to make some curries from the book. Dont want DD to get bored. She tends to stick to the same foods day in day out.
I think the reason why my weight loss has been so good is- have a lot of weight to loose
- i have been sticking to this 100%
- have everything im suposed to
- drink loads of water
- try to do some kind of exercise everyday
- try to have as much varierty as possible

I just love this forum. Its just great to know that there is always someone here to help and advise and give us a kick up the bum when needed or asked for. The fact that most of us have been there , done that and got the t-shirt does help. Just knowing that other people know exactly how you feel. Were all in the same boat and I love to hear how well everyone is doing. So keep up the good work and i hope we are all the biggest losersFLOSSEY :j

Just back from WI and I lost 1/2lb. Every little helps and it's taken me to ** stone 13.5lb so I'm delighted!!
Now need 2lb for my 2.5 stone loss, I've got WI next week and then wont be able to go for 2 weeks so am going to have a real effort this week to do it!

Is anybody hovering around the next "Number" down on their weightloss? I am currently hovering on "X" stone and can't wait to get into the "Y" stone bracket!! I have until Thurs to get into that bracket and there's just one pound in my way!!0
