    I've got to lose 2.5lbs to get to my next stone - and my 2.5stone weight loss. Desperatly trying for tomorrow night! :grin:

    WELL!i've put on 3 pounds!:eek:i have been more evil than darth vader all week and i'm premenstrual so i suppose i can't complain too much.to be honest it's probably the kick up the jaxsy i need.gonna try and stick to one of the SW menu plans this week and see what happens.

    Is anybody hovering around the next "Number" down on their weightloss? I am currently hovering on "X" stone and can't wait to get into the "Y" stone bracket!! I have until Thurs to get into that bracket and there's just one pound in my way!!

    I know what you mean, I have until Wednesday and there is just one pound in my way, last week it was 1/2 lb but I put that on, I just don't seem to be able to get to that next stone and I have been doing this since February, pathetic !

    oh yes!! I know that feeling, I have been 0.5lb away for two weeks, and it is unlikely to be this week either :rolleyes: (just tooooo many meals out at the weekend due to DD's b'day weekend, I made very good choices, but a meal out aint as 'good' as a meal at home)

    2 ibs lost for me which isnt great week 1 but I suspect was the result of excesses the week before! Still 2 ibs in the right direction! Will catch up later as in haste!

    Angie & Nessa - it gets a bit frustrating doesn't it? However, it's not going to beat me!!:rolleyes: I spent the afternoon cooking - a big bacon/ham/mushroom quiche (free on Red) for tomorrow night and for tonight meatballs (which should have been pork but I used beef) with spring onions and a ratatouile sauce (Free again) ... both of which were delicious.

    I nipped out for a quick bike ride while the rain stopped and only did 3 miles and down it came again! :mad: Then I suddenly remembered the men in our family must have their POTATOES so I dashed back & shoved some baby new potatoes in. I've counted my 4 as syns!!

    Not sure what else I can do really - getting plenty of exercise, cooking all healthy FREE food and seldom use all my syns.

    I'm waiting to see how Nessa does on Wed. Not sure when Angie weighs in!Good luck to you both. I NEED to be in this new number down because it will give me such a boost that I will REALLY get stuck in to lose THIS stone as well! I know how my mind works!!;)

    I weigh in Tuesday evening , 6pm.

    I am a naughty naughty girl, as I just jumped on my scales, and they *indicate* that maybe I am in for a chance after all this week (they state Y stone 13).... if I am goody two shoes tonight and tomorrow, I stand a chance!

    Job interview tomorrow (hopefully back to work after 4 years at home caring for DD) - maybe the stress will keep the weight off!!

    Oh but 2lbs is great, it's the most you should lose (unless you're new to the plan).

    If you lose weight too fast, you run the risk of losing lean muscle tissue which will play havoc with your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight at all.
    I let my mind wander and it never came back!
