really not MSE, but I can't bear the stuff. I would just bin it and get over the guilt

I'm sure you could mix it with jelly/gelatine/chickpeas (last one is nonsense) to make a concoction that SW would have you believe is cheesecake...._pale_

I am sorry trishaa - I was being unnecessarily sarky (clearly losing weight has put me in a pesky mood!). I shall try again...

    Hi everyone,
I've astonished myself this week and managed a 3lb loss! Considering I had family down at the weekend, so eating out with them and went to one of the OH's gigs with them drinking as well (I don't usually). I guess it's slowly hitting home about thinking about what I'm going to eat rather than just eating anything. I drank Gin and Slimline tonic at the gig as I knew this would be lower syns than the pint of real ale I'd usually have. What didn't help was being asked Slimline tonic? are you sure? when asked what I wanted to drink!
I just smiled, said yes I'm sure and thought I'm not going to get any more cerificates on my fridge that you've seen today if I don't drink slimline tonic!
I put all my awards on my fridge to remind me how well I've done. So anyone coming round my flat will know what I'm doing........... and I'm not going to let anyone sabotage my efforts!
well done to all this weeks losers.... anyone who put on, remember it can go with it's friends next week. It worked for me, my pound took 2 friends with it!:D

I'm sure someone told me if you stick some chopped garlic in it, it makes a nice dip.
I used it in pasta the one occasion I bought it. I honestly won't be rushing back out to buy some.

well done you , thats brill. Isn't it amazing how our habits change and how things become second nature to us. Keep doing what your doing and you will be at your target in no time. I know where your coming from with your awards. I used to love mine and like you stuck em on the fridge. .
    Keep up the good work
