My dr put me back on fluoxitine (prozac) a few weeks back and pleased to say it has not hampered my loss so far. And i feel so much better now. Was on them 8 yrs ago when my marriage broke up and i managed to lose 4 st. But needless to say that all went back on plus a lot more

Hi Flossey, I am really interested to hear about you starting anti-depressants as I have just been given Fluoxetine to start taking today. After months and month of struggling with the kids, the house, work and of course, losing weight, I have found out I have a type of depression that makes me lethargic and makes me crave carbohydrates. Wonderful! Aren't there any illnesses that make you repulsed by food and addicted to exercise? (oh yes, anorexia, well okay, I wouldn't want to go that far.:o ) Anyway, hopefully things will start to pick up from now on, so, I'll let you know!0

Gallstones stopped me eating almost completely (doctors thought I was anorexic) but I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone!
Does anyone know if I'm allowed to use the Marmite Cheddar Bites as a Healthy A? It's just cheddar cheese and Marmite, but I have a suspicion I'll have to syn it.Purple Penguin Power!
