Well back in work tonight and i need to do a shop , i need to get focused or i will give up and put the weight back on altogether , just can't be bothered

We are all here for you, Peachey, as you always are for others:grouphug:. It's no wonder you feel down after what's happened, but don't worry about your weight right now. I doubt you will have put too much on and you are an expert at getting it off, so a couple of weeks and you will get back there. Just give yourself time to grieve and don't put yourself under pressure to be perfect. You were there for your family when you had to be and that's what is important:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A.

Welcome back Peachey, missed you! Sorry for your loss though.

OK, I'm confused. I've got here a tub of Sainsburys Italian Roasted Mediterranean vegetable sauce. Can't find it on the online Syn finder they only have "Good to yourself" one and this is the regular one.

All it has in it is the following:

Italian Tomatoes (57%), Roasted Vegetables (courgette, aubergine, onion, green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper) 17%, onion, water, tomato puree, olive oil, garlic puree, sugar, basil, salt, red, chilli, black pepper

I did the online Syn counter and its coming out at 9.5 Syns for the 350g tub.

OK in the grand scheme of things it's not a lot, sharing it with hubby will only be 4.75 Syns, but surely the miniscule amount of olive oil and sugar in it wouldnt amount to thay many Syns ... would it?? :eek: :eek: :eek:

Gonna add extra mushrooms, pepper and Quorn pieces to the sauce and have it with plain brown pasta (hubby has some yummy spinach & ricotta filled ravioli to have with his :mad: )

The Be Good To Yourself one is 6 syns for 150g pot, so 9.5 sounds about right for the 'standard' one.

TG - i notice that it says 'roasted' before the list of other veg which probably had lots of oil added to it too.see how high it is in fat per hundred grams,i bet it's surprisingly high due to the hidden oil.

I'm soooo excited about my WI on Monday. I should hopefully lose another 1lb and then I'll get another sticker - it's so childish to be so excited about a sticker but I can't help it!!!
I'm racing for life on Sunday so I'll be absolutely GUTTED if I don't lose 1lb...

I did it! Feels like a big weight's been taken off my shoulders (scuse the bad pun). I did try to do it on my own for a while, but I'm hopeless remembering to weigh and what not. Thank you for telling me to go x
