Morning all!:D I'm just making the Pearl Barley & Butternut Squash Hot pot which is in the Comfort Foods SW book. Anyone tried it? Smells great so far!;)

We have a taster evening at SW tonight and I'm going to take that & and an Eton Mess recipe I found with strawberries, mullerlight yogs and meringue nests. Yumm!!!!! I love taster evening :j :j
Also hope to have lost another pound or two because I have been doing loads of walking and cycling. Fingers crossed!;)

    Morning

I'm on holiday this week, and have had all sorts of things I shouldn't :p and just realised that I will have to go to an evening weigh-on on Tuesday, so will probably have piled pounds on :o

Going home tomorrow, so will have to try to be really good until Tuesday and live on free and superspeed foods.

Well done to all the STS and losers this week.
