    Hiya all,

Just thought I'd give a bit of an update as to how I'm doing started sw 25/2/08 so far have lost 2st 5.5lbs doing really really well I look and feel so much better for it and think I am lighter now than I was at 18yrs old my confidence is sky high at the min and I got club 10 a few weeks ago too. My weigh in day is a Wednesday so will be there tomorrow. I am really glad I've found something that works for me and I have also joined the gym recently to tone myself up. I hope u r all well and dont get too downhearted with it all I know it can be really hard at times but tbh if I wanna cheat then I usually do just try and keep myself in moderation and still love a vod + diet coke on a weekend. Will pop by and keep updating as and when I get the chance lol

    Take care Poppy x

hey congrats to everyone with their weight. :T got my second weigh in tonight (6pm), so will keep u updated. was a little naughty on the weekend. had guest round, so had a vodka lemon lime, some crisps, kfc, and then some ice cream. i did eat in moderation, well i think i did, i didnt eat any of the chips, just a couple pieces of chicken (without most of the skin). i was quite surprised how i got full up so quicky. could have easily. could have easily eaten alot more than that. :p

joined the gym on sunday aswell, (costing me a fortune ) so spent an hour sunday and yesterday. did bout half hour today. hopefully that should help with all the naughty foods i had sunday.

anyway good luck with all the weigh in this week. will keep u updated. :)

Evening all!!! Well done all losers and STS, hugs and chin up to all who've gained. I'm still sticking to the plan but I'm not feeling quite so positive about things today, no idea why, nothing specific just feeling a little glum. Loads of stuff going on in the real world that seems to be befuddling my brain, I don't want to moan, everyone has problems but if peachy were here I'd ask her for a kick up the b*m, maybe someone else might like to oblige! I'm over the moon with my loss (2 st 2 lbs)and the speed at which it has come off etc. and now I've typed that I'm feeling really guilty for being so negative. I don't even really know why I'm posting this, other than to get it off my chest maybe? I suppose I'd better shut up now. Feel free to tell me how daft I'm being!!

Thanks to everyone who tried to help with my Syn query - Lidl yog ices - which are VERY nice indeed. I will ring the hotline when I have a mo and let you know. Hasn't anybody else tried them ? - they're always in Lidl.

I went on a lovely bike ride today - 13.5 miles and it was HOT. :D Had a very BIG healthy salad for tea straight after and strawberries and low fat creme fraiche.

I am getting worryingly SW-addicted! :D I had to go for fasting blood test first thing today and had had nothing to eat or drink (except water) since about 6pm last night. As I was driving there I thought I'll go and get coffee and some brekkie in town after the test. Now, in the old days I would have rushed out and had a BIG bacon bap or something but guess what? I actually did my shopping and drove home & had cereal/fruit/skimmed milk and a coffee in the garden ... and it was 11.30 by the time I ate!! How's that for dedication???:D :p:D :j

    Hi everyone,
a pound on this week. I suppose it had to happen sometime. I'm annoyed at myself more than anything. Was down about it all at the weekend, and if I've planned I'm fine, but when I'm tired and haven't prepared lunch I'm a bit thrown. I've haven't been prepared this week. So rather than my usual salads I've been having Ryvita with Laughing Cow cheese instead as I keep them at work.
I guess I'm just going to MAKE time to make sure I have salad, and not rely on stuff I have stashed at work.
And I said to someone tonight, next week my pound will be gone along with one of it's friends :rotfl:
