I just thought I would say hi. I've been doing SW about 2 and a half months and have lost a stone. I suppose that's not a massive loss but I've had 3 holidays in that time and only gained on one. Reading this thread has given me loads of inspriation.
Hi and welcome. I've just reached my 2 stone mark, it took me 12 weeks - so just think, by mid-September you could be there!
Good to have you on board

Hi everyone, it does seem interesting that we lose more easily on Red. I have done green most of the time and my weight loss slowed right down....
Well, I am off to Canada in the morning for three weeks, I shall try to just eat carefully. All the food is prepared for us, so I think if I just pick and choose the healthiest bits, I shan't worry too much. And if I have lost when I come home that is an added blessing. I shall miss your encouragement! :hello:

Hello.
I'm on the wagon
I last did SW 15 years ago and lost 2 stone in 4 months (was too thin actually, so deliberately put half a stone back on).
Now I'm older, it's creeping on again. I'm doing it from memory so can you check my red day please?
2 slices wholemeal toast.
homemade soup (carrot, peppers, onion, celery, low fat creme fraiche), one slice wholemeal bread
garlic chicken on cabbage and leek
... and reading this thread made me hungry, so cottage cheese and some more chicken
oh, one rocky bar, and milk in tea.de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar0 -

Morning all
Well this morning should be my WI day but i've decided that i can no longer justify paying the weekly amount at class as we have so much else going on that we need the cash for. So i've decided to go it alone. I'm going to to Boots or somewhere to get my self weighed each week and hopefully with the help of everyone on here i should be able to keep going.
Thanks to everyone who posts such inspirational messages. Keep it up :money:
Oh and can someone point me in the direction of the on line food diary? can't see it:rotfl:Team Edward :smileyhea0 -

aurors boralis - too much bread I think! You've had three slices - you can only have 57g a day as a HEB. You may be able to have three slices if its a very small loaf, but not usually. Was the cottage cheese low fat? If not it'll have to be synned with your Rocky bar.
Pennylane - can you get the screen up where you have your graph at the top and the last few weight above? There should be a blank box at the bottom where you put your weight for each date. Put weight in then click Add on the right.0 -
