I have just lifted my first new potatoes from the garden, so tonight (red) will be pork steaks marinated in orange (zest) and harissa, my new pots (B) and either salad or sugar snap peas.... cannot decide. Followed by just picked gooseberries, stewed (B or syns) mixed with greek yog (0%) for a gooseberry fool..

    yummy :D

Does anybody have time to double-check something for me - Syns On-line?

Lidl do these Yoghurt Ice (Linessa which is their healthy range)you get 3 in box ....... confusingly (and because it's foreign)
    510 ml (3 x 170ml)
    285g (3 x 95g)

I have looked at the Syns Calculator and they're coming out at 4.5 syns each for both Red and Green.

    It says 100ml
    94 cal
    1.6g Protein
    17.2 Carbohydrate
    1.9g Fat
    Thanks in advance

Morning all, Good luck to all those who are weighing in today. I weighed last night and lost another 1 1/2lbs so thats 1st 1 1/2 lbs in total :)
Bit worried about this week as I have my driving test (and am pretty sure I'm not going to do well!) this afternoon and out for dinner a few times but will just try to do my best and drink lots of Water!

Well done on your loss deecaz!!!

I have my weigh in later today, and I am trying to be soooooooo good....

It is sports day at DD's school, and us parents have been invited to join our progeny on the field for a school picnic. I have wisely turned down the 'opportunity' of a school provided picnic, and am trying to build a portable (red) feast for the three of us (me, DH and DD). DH is the hardest to convert, as he would be sausage rolls, crisps, more crisps, bread rolls, scotch eggs etc etc given his own way..... e is doing well following SW (he has lost a stone), but he takes a little 'convincing'.

So far I have, bacon, onion and (cottage) cheese frittata. Bowl of salad. Cocktail sausages (1/2 syn ones halved before cooking, so 2=1/2 syn). Pots yogurt, chunks fresh pineapple.

Thought of chicken drumstics a bit too late, as I dont have a chance to get to the shops :(

Good luck to all other weigh ins today!
