    Hi all
I've had a very busy, but good week and lost 5 lbs:j (nearly everything I gained when my husband was poorly). I feel loads better and also been running around the fields with the dog, which I think has helped. I went clothes shopping and am getting in jeans 2 times smaller than before I started, so feeling very motivated.

I wonder how our Peachey is getting on on her hols? Bet she feels a million dollars:D

have a good weekend everyone xxxx

    Hi everyone

Thank you for all your kind words.

I have managed much better today, not perfect, but better. I am pleased with muself anyway.

Had no brekkie (naughty) snacked on an alpen light mid morning.
Had cheese salad for lunch with a bowl of banana and muller
Egg on toast for dinner. (not feeling very hungry)

I did have some naughty food - packet of crisps, 3 custard cream biccies, and cheese on crackers...I haven't synned it all but it would probably come in at under 15. And the cheese and crackers didn't go much over a healthy A and a healthy B portion size (not much anyway)

I will try my best tom, but we out all day at a uni open day so not sure how I will do yet.

    Mel x

that's sounds fine mel, you're getting some better nutrition which will help lift your mood, and you're telling yourself well done for the little things.good luck with the rest of your day:D

Well done gpuss, nice to have you back, really pleased for you with the jeans situation, I still haven't plucked up the courage to go and buy myself a pair ( I chucked them all out  )

I will probably treat myself to a really nice pair when I hit target (mind you I will probably be about 60 by then lol)

NESSA - please don't wait til you're at target to give yourself nice things!have them now!i used to punish myself for not being able to fit into the size i wanted but what's the point of waiting?i've recently bought loads of size 16's,mostly from ebay so cheap as SW chips, and they all fit or are comfortable and i look SOOOOOOO much better than when i was trying to struggle into my 14's:o :D  .i now feel much more confident cos i know i haven't got 2 rolls of flab hanging over the top of my cacks!i look slimmer and can actually notice whether my jeans fit me better cos they sit lower or higher not just wedged onto a roll:rotfl: .please live for now, don't do the old 'i will when i'm slimmer'.that's what i used to do but then i realised that so long as i was alive and a decent person then i deserved to do/have things NOW!yes, you'll buy smaller sizes when you're smaller but why shouldn't you have lovely things that fit now?!you won't look any slimmer just cos you're not wearing jeans, that's for sure.go on,treat yourself, get a few bits and bobs from ebay or primark, even a bra or something (though measure yourself with an online chart 1st - really disappointing when bras don't fit,and you can't usually send them back...),you don't have to spend a fortune, just jazz your wordrobe up a bit.

    :A :A :A YOU DESERVE IT,and repeat.....:A :A :A

I need a new pair of jeans before my hols too (two weeks time!) I bought a cheap pair (£5) from Tesco when I grew out of my old ones, and now these are too big :j Need a new belt though too as I'm running out of holes!
  • Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could PM me the password for this please, as I didn't manage to get to class? Many thanks.:D Keep up the good work everyone. I lost 3 stone with SW, in 6 months:j

Hi everyone, its been ages since I last posted, um, page 199 I think!!
Anyway, since then I have reached my 2 stone award! In total I have lost 29 and a half lbs and I am really pleased with myself. I started on the 1st of May which is only 8 weeks ago, so the SW plan must be agreeing with me! I still do all red as I find it easier to do, I tried green a few weeks ago and had a minimal weight loss (half a lb or something like that) so I'm sticking to what works for me! Sounds like all of you are doing well too, WELL DONE!

Wow! Well done Furr, that's incredible:eek:

Ness, I agree with Kelly. Don't wait until you've lost your weight. Treat yourself to a few things that fit now. I buy bits from ebay quite often. You will feel slimmer and so much better about yourself in something that fits nicely. Gorgeous clothes are not just for skinny people;) You're a lovely lady, so tell yourself you deserve to look and feel your best:A
