Hi everyone. Mel, don't worry, it will happen, and you are in the right place here. Everyone is so supportive and helpful, and you can put what you really think without worrying that anyone is judging you.

Had last w/i before hol last night, had lost a pound. Not quite my stone target, but I'm pretty pleased as I can get into stuff I've not worn for years, and I can get up and down the stairs without holding onto the rail (I've got dodgy knees!) I used to have to come down backwards!!!:o
  • Morning

Well - 1½ off for me at class on Tuesday. Would have posted yesterday but I was swinging through the trees at Go Ape in the Grizedale Forest. I a tired and achey today - I totally didn't follow SW at all, and at quite a lot! However, I justify the eating by the fact I was exercising constantly for about 5 hours! lol!!

I totally forgot to pick up the password at class - if anyone has it and wouldn't mind PM-ing me, that would be brill, thank you!

I hope everyone else is doing okay? I will head off to read back through the posts I've missed now...

    H :)

Well done Nessa. That's another bag of sugar gone!!:j

I WI tonight and hope I have lost something. I am following the plan and exercising plenty so I should do!

I am thinking of cycling to SW tonight .... it would be about 10 miles round trip. It's a rural ride and involves one big hill which can be dangerous because it's also on nasty bends and cars suddenly come up behind cyclists and realise they have to pull out and nearly hit vehicles coming down!!

    We'll see.

Just tried slimming world chips for the first time with loads of salt and vinegar. Absolutely delicious. I've eaten 3 huge potatoes worth!
It was my birthday yesterday & I tried the chocolate cake from the website which is made out of allbran and highlights. I've got to say the smell & texture were amazing. It was all fab until I came to taste it. It tasted just like allbran mixed with highlights. I should have known better!
